Managing Director
David Lamb is a Managing Director at Nfluence Partners, where he advises growth-stage software and technology companies on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions. He has more than 15 years of investment banking experience and has advised on over 70 transactions representing more than $30 billion of aggregate transaction value. He has extensive experience evaluating, structuring, and negotiating complex transactions, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, minority and majority recapitalizations, growth equity financings, and initial public offerings. Prior to joining Nfluence Partners, David was a Director at Carlsquare, a Vice President at Citigroup, and a Director at Stifel. He focuses on vertical software, with expertise in travel & hospitality technology, Office of the CFO software, front-office software, data & analytics, and commerce technology. Outside of work, David enjoys golf, live music, and exploring California with his wife and three children.

Senior Advisor – Merchant Banking
David Fife is a Senior Advisor, Merchant Banking at Nfluence Partners. David has 25+ years of experience as a private equity investor and senior operator across venture, growth equity, middle-market buyout, and co-investment strategies. Most recently, David was a Managing Partner of Integrated VC, a leading healthcare fund, where he currently also serves as CFO of Wave Neuroscience, a healthcare SaaS software company. Previously, David was a Partner at NextWorld, where he led investment activities for the firm’s $400 million evergreen growth equity fund. Before that, he co-founded Sandbridge Capital, a leading consumer fund. David began his career at Goldman Sachs in New York and has served as an investor and board member for more than a dozen venture- and growth-stage companies, both public and private. David believes the best investors have operating experience, and has had various senior leadership roles including serving as CEO of Earthport (LSE:EPO) a global payments infrastructure firm (sold to Visa), and President & COO of Greendex, a Draper backed B2B ecommerce company (Sold to Lowe’s). David is a co-founder of Headwaters Lab, a R&D platform exploring all facets of human consciousness and AI. When David is not in Peru sitting in an ayahuasca ceremony or dropping into the Hobacks in Jackson Hole, he has been known to hit the golf course or find a spring creek to go fly-fishing all day.

As a founding member of TAP Growth Group, Matt brings global experience leading operations in more than 30 countries and acquiring or divesting businesses in North America, Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Angel Gambino is an Executive in Residence at Nfluence Partners. Angel is an accomplished founder, executive, innovator, and investor. She began her career as a public interest environmental attorney before discovering a love of tech. She was also a professional soccer player. You can find Angel helping advance her passion causes and making killer spaghetti for her son.

Mike was also a Vice President at Drake Star Partners and an Associate with Ocean Park Advisors. Mike focuses on EdTech, FinTech Application SaaS, PropTech and Safety/RegTech/GovTech. Ken was also an Investment Director at Tennenbaum Capital Partners and an Investment Banker with UBS Investment Bank. Ken focuses on the Human Capital Management sector and emerging B2B software companies. Ken enjoys hosting dinner parties, creating arts with his son and spending the afternoon biking along the beach. He and his family have traveled extensively to experience different cultures.

Bill has over 30+ years’ experience as an entrepreneur and leader in technology and in tech corporate finance. Recently, Bill sourced and closed several transformational transactions between elite Snowflake and Google Cloud partners and their Global 500 and Private Equity suitors. Bill loves to travel around the world and has visited 49 US states. He speaks Spanish fluently. Today, Bill is busy trying to keep up with his two teenage daughters in Texas.

Gary Moon is our Managing Partner and co-founded Nfluence Partners. Gary has 25+ years of experience in technology investment banking and entrepreneurship. Previously, Gary ran the Tech, Media and Telecom practice for Headwaters MB which Gary and our Partners grew into a top 5 Technology M&A Boutique. Gary focuses on managing the firm’s institutional investor network and working with mission-aligned businesses including the Wellness Technology and Digital Health sectors. Gary also serves on the San Francisco Bay Area board of Build.org, a non-profit teaching entrepreneurship to high school students in under resourced communities. Gary and his partner Maria have 5 kids between them, ranging in age 7 to 25. You can find them traveling somewhere in the world on various adventures.
